He has specialization in Corporate Laws & Secretarial Practice. He has been serving as Visiting Faculty at various CPE seminars of ICAI & other associations.

He Possess a thorough Knowledge of project financing, direct taxation and information system development. He has experience in Statutory Bank Audit, Audit Of Limited & International Companies, VAT, Excise and FEMA with Specialization in the Area of Labor Law. He has worked on SAP in MM module & Finance Module. He has thorough Knowledge of System Development. He has appeared before Tribunal & Appellate authority for various cases of Direct Taxation.

He has an experience of work with Broking Services, Depository Services, Company Audits,VAT, Service Tax. He is well versed in use of Information Technology He has cleared the IRDA Exam & Various Stock Market Exams Including NCFM. He has experience of internal audits, system audits, management audits in area of Share broking, commodities market & Depository services, Tax, Information network (TIN) managed by NSDL, Mutual funds, Insurance. He has delivered various GST Lectures.

Then after he took voluntary retirement from ICICI Bank in 2017 and joined Us, Started Practicing as Chartered Accountant and at present successfully dedicated to the Profession.

She is also a bachelor of commerce from Gujarat University. During her practice she has gained immense experience & specialized in Internal Audits, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Stock Audit, Concurrent Audit etc,

He has gained vast experience in Financial Managements, Tax Audits, Business Process Reengineering, System Development in ERP environment. His Core Competence is Information technology, GST and Management Consulting and Counselling. He has also delivered numerous lectures on GST and Accounting in various forum’s and organisations.

He is also a Certified Information System Auditor (ISACA).He has gained vast experience in Financial Managements, Corporate Audits, Limited Review Assignments, System Development in ERP environment. He has also worked with various MNCs, listed clients and startups. His core competencies include audit & assurance, internal audits, information system audits and startup consultancy.

He is proficient in Income Tax Scrutiny, assessment proceedings, handling representation before I.T. Authorities in respect to Individual and Corporate. He has sound knowledge of GST and complete Indirect taxation.

He has gained exposure in the field of Auditing, Taxation and Project Financing. He also look after the matters related to ROC, VAT and Service Tax. His core expertise is in the field of audit and project financing.
